Signature Burger Opens in Culver City
Culver City's Signature Burger specializes in burgers with international influences.
The new burger joint Signature Burger has opened its doors in Culver City.
The restaurant, which specializes in burgers with an international flair called "world burgers" recently opened at 3835 Main Street.
According to its owners, Signature Burger offers a burger lineup that infuses "flavors from China, India, Italy, Hawaii or just down the road all American."
Menu items include the "Great Wall," which is described as "orange chicken in a burger" and "The Dubliner," which uses an aioli made from Irish stout.
All burgers are prepared fresh and are never frozen, owners said. The restaurant also prepares sauces from scratch to pair with their fries and burgers.
Signature burger is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Burgers cost, on average, $9.95, according to Signature Burger's website.
