Vidur Malik, Neighbor

Since my teenage years, I've wanted to have a career in sports journalism. I'm currently trying to make that happen at UCLA, where I'm an English major and a member of the Daily Bruin, where I'm an assistant sports editor. I went to UC Merced for my first two years of college, and was the editor-in-chief of its student newspaper The Prodigy. Before college, I was a reporter and co-sports editor at my high school newspaper. I'm from Fremont, a suburban Bay Area town, and I'm looking forward to spending more time in SoCal. In my spare time, I like to read, play sports, and hope that a Bay Area pro sports team will make the playoffs sometime soon.
