Matthew Erikson, Neighbor

Since 2009 Matt has lived in the L.A. metropolitan area, where as an Annenberg Fellow at the University of Southern California he recently received a Master's degree in Specialized Journalism.  His articles have appeared in the L.A. Times and Boston Globe.  Prior to coming to L.A. he was a features writer for the Hartford Courant and the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

A classically trained pianist, Matt is a passionate fan of opera, nature and running.  His favorite things to do in the L.A. area include attending Walt Disney Concert Hall, dining out and enjoying the beach.  His other interests are L.A. architecture, English literature and European travel.
