Allison Arbuthnot, Neighbor

Raised in Northern California and schooled in New England, Allison is  a recent Los Angeles transplant who is desperately trying not to fall in love with the sunny days of So-Cal.  She received her degree in Professional Writing from Champlain College in Burlington, Vt, and completed her Sommelier certification with the Master Court in Napa.  Her passion for words rests in food and wine writing, travel journalism, and human stories of what it means to experience being a participant on this planet.  

Her heart lies with mountains, good wine, fresh veggies, cheap sunglasses, old notebooks, one-way plane tickets, cold water, and her cowboy boots.
