I was there and the one that took the pictures. I can only assume the smell of oil was from the oil…Read More rig nearby pumping oil. I did hear on the scanner after the fire was put out, that Edison was on scene working on some down power lines. I do not know if that was the cause of the fire.

The photo shows a driveway of a home in Blair Hills, which is west of La Cienega and nowhere near La…Read More Brea. The cause was a downed power line and/or something else connected to So Cal Edison's power transmission facilities. Can't blame PXP for this one.
