Raphael (manager) likes to see what people are up to by looking into their windows (while theirRead More blinds are closed) to see what they are up to while they are in their rooms. Incredibly nosy if you ask me and, the invasion of privacy to say the least. Joseph (male maid) goes into peoples rooms when they are not there (during non-cleaning days) without notice. For some reason Raphael and his wife tell people they own a business named "Care giver Connection" in Los Angeles when they do not. It is a "bogus" website with a "bogus" phone number. I am not sure why these people lie like they do. Google it for yourself and you will see. If you don't mind your privacy being invaded, and you don't mind having people go through your room when you are not there, by all means stay. My recommendation is NOT to stay there.
