Westchester Upended by Hawaii

The 14U Babe Ruth baseball team has a chance to redeem itself with a game against Utah Friday night.

Westchester's road to the Babe Ruth World Series hit a bump Thursday night as the team lost to Hawaii 6-2 in Arizona in the semi-final game of the Pacific Region championships.

The Westchester bats, quiet all week, were especially silent throughout the game, and the defense, which has been solid through the tournament, failed to support pitchers Jordan Caines and Reggie Castro.

Westchester faces Utah this evening, and the winner of that game will get a rematch against Hawaii on Saturday.

Maybe more to the point, where does the methane (way more powerful than CO2 as a greenhouse gas)Read More release go from the fracking process, where do the "secret"and other cancer causing chemicals go, and who pays for clean-up costs, increased healthcare costs of residents nearby, possible increased earthquake damage, etc. and where does this oil go (we can't use it--too dirty--so probably China)?

As I understand it, fracking wells "dry up" fairly quickly, which is why pressure to keepRead More drilling so urgent. Where do the jobs go after a year or so? Just a thought....
