Video: Mayor O'Leary's Life Lessons for CCHS Centaurs
Mayor Micheal O'Leary looks on the bright side after the Centaurs lost to the Arroyo Grande Eagles in Friday night's CIF division finals.
Mayor Micheal O'Leary was just one of dozens of Culver City High School Centaur supporters who boarded a bus and made the three hour trip out to Arroyo Grande High School in San Luis Obsipo on Friday night to watch the Southern Section Western Division football final.
Even though the Centaurs didn't win, O'Leary had some jovial words of advice for the squad. The mayor made his remarks on Saturday morning, ahead of a ceremony for the Culver City Historical Society's dedication of the Veterans Memorial on Culver Boulevard and Overland Avenue as an historic site.
