Learn to feel energy tangibly in your hands and throughout your body, not as an imagination or visualization but as actual tangible energy pulsing through you. You will learn various practices to increase vitality and connection in your body. And you will learn different ways of breathing to ground and integrate energy. You will also learn a full Qi Gong set that you can practice at home.
About the Instructor:
Master Olaf Hartmann has practiced Qi Gong for over 15 years. He is a Level 3 Supreme Science Qi Gong instructor and received the title Master from his Taoist Grandmaster in 2006. He offers movement, breath and sound journeys to connect deeper with our essential life force (Qi) and Self. He teaches regular classes and workshops in Qi Gong and Breathwork nationwide. He has taught at Agape Spiritual Center, Santa Monica College, Poweryoga, YMCA, local prisons and schools. He is also a Cranio Sacral Massage Therapist.
