Join us for lunch time Yoga, Fridays at ReDiscover. This is a lovely way to recharge in the middle of the day, while also winding down your week.
Class is led by Laura on Fridays from 12:15 to 1:15
$10 per class/or what you can afford

This is a small class with personal attention and a chance to connect with some lovely people.

This is a mid-day class that works for people with a specific schedule. It is a different idea to insert yoga into the middle of your day, but is really nice re-birth before you do the completions of your week. If this schedule works for you, please share it with others you know who have similar schedules--other moms before picking up kids from school, other work places that are near by and can use the lunch break.
