The weekend sessions will work sequentially, exploring the fundamental principles of Yoga and their specific application in the Ashtanga lineage. There will be time and space for both guided and Mysore practices accompanied by bits of chanting, discussion and miscellaneous amusement.

About your Instructor:
With over 30 years of experience, Annie Pace is one of the most adept practitioners of traditional Ashtanga Yoga. She received her Advanced B teaching certification from Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in 1995, a rare honor, and she continues to study extensively in India. Annie has a very clear and compassionate teaching style. Her ability to demystify Yogic philosophy allows all levels of students to experience the integration of the many aspects of the practice. Beginners are afforded a graceful entry, and the experienced practitioner is given opportunity for endless refinement.
