Culver City High Volleyball Makes CIF Playoffs
The Centaurs host Santa Ana Valley in the first round of the Division 4 draw Tuesday.
The CIF Southern Section playoff brackets were released Sunday and Culver City High has earned a berth in the Division 4 draw.
The Centaurs, who finished second in the Ocean League, will host Orange League runner-up Santa Ana Valley in the first round at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
If victorious, the Centaurs will play either Alpha League champion Brentwood or El Rancho, the at-large team from the Del Rio League, in Thursday's second round.

Ocean League champion Santa Monica earned the No. 1 seed and will host the winner of Monday's wildcard match between Los Amigos and Anaheim.
Quarterfinal matches are Saturday; semifinals are May 17 and championships are Saturday, May 21, at Cypress College.
