Culver City High School Senior to Play for UC Santa Barbara

Basketball player Aamahd Walker has signed a letter of intent with UCSB.

Culver City High School Senior Aamahd Walker will head to the University of Southern California Santa Barbara next year, reports Presidio Sports.

UC Santa Barbara Head Coach Bob Williams made the announcement on Thursday.

Walker, a 6’2’ guard averaged 20.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.5 steals, 3.0 assists and 1.1 blocked shots per game during his 2011-2012 senior year.

To date, Walker has been the most consistent performer on the Centaurs team. He was also the reigning Ocean League Player of the Year in 2011.
