Centaurs Make All-League Lacrosse Squad

Culver City High has four boys and two girls on the Bay League second teams.

The Bay League was dominated by South Bay schools this spring, but Culver City High is well-represented on the All-League team, as four boys and two girls have earned second team honors. 

The Centaurs on the boys all-league second team are junior midfielders and , senior goalkeeper and senior defender .

Mira Costa midfielder Tom Farrell was named the league's Most Valuable Player and Mustangs pilot Chris Jewett was Coach of the Year.

Palos Verdes midfielder Zack Fixen earned the league's Offensive Player of the Year award and Mira Costa's Cody Smith was the Defensive Player of the Year.

Culver City finished third in league and 10-6 overall under Coach .

Despite the Lady Centaurs finishing winless in league under head coach they still had two second team selections: and . 

Senior midfielder Julia Denney of Redondo Union was named the Most Valuable Player and Sea Hawks pilot Tom Borgia was Coach of the Year. 

Junior goalkeeper Kelli Couture of Palos Verdes was voted Most Outstanding Player.
