Willows Community School Buys $3.4 Million Culver City Property

The independent school has purchased the building at 8510 Warner Dr. near its current premises on Higuera Street.

The Willows Community School, currently situated at 8509 Higuera St. is set to expand its premises now that it has purchased a new 11, 200 square-foot property for $3.36 million.

The building – located at 8510 Warner Dr. was bought from 121 N Milpas LLC for $3.36 million after three months of escrow.

The industrial building had been vacant for months before Willows purchased it.

The DK-8th grade school was founded in 1994 and opened its doors with just 90 students. Today, the school is home to 426 students.

Maybe more to the point, where does the methane (way more powerful than CO2 as a greenhouse gas)Read More release go from the fracking process, where do the "secret"and other cancer causing chemicals go, and who pays for clean-up costs, increased healthcare costs of residents nearby, possible increased earthquake damage, etc. and where does this oil go (we can't use it--too dirty--so probably China)?
