Farragut Elementary Student Wins Sony ‘Rainbow’ Poetry Contest

Jezebel McCarthy's poem was selected from Culver City school children's entries to accompany artist Tony Tasset's 'Rainbow' sculpture on the Sony lot.

As Patch has already written, Sony Pictures Entertainment unveiled its soaring ‘Rainbow’ sculpture last week.

In addition, we wrote about the poetry contest that was held by Sony Pictures Entertainment in conjunction with the Culver City Unified School District.

All fifth grade CCUSD were invited to submit a poem to accompany Tony Tasset’s public art sculpture that celebrates Sony and MGM’s history and The Wizard of Oz.
