Mondays 

JAZZ with Kim Borgaro 

A High-Energy Jazz dance class for the beginning/intermediate student that will include:
- basic technique & body alignment
- body conditioning: Stretch & Strengthening
- musicality, rhythm & stylization 
- fun & innovative choreography!

 

Wednesdays

CONTEMPORARY with Kim Borgaro

Dance class aiming to combine ballet & modern techniques with musical & emotional expression for the beginning/intermediate dancer:
- strong focus on basic technique & body alignment
- body conditioning: stretch & strengthening 
- modern techiniques- contractions & release, off-center balance, suspension 
- strong focus on musicality and self expression of emotion

Thursdays

BALLET with Audrey Lo &

BALLET with Charlotte Richards

Beg/Int Ballet introduces elementary exercises for mastering the placement of the body, legs,arms and head.
Developing elementary skills in the coordination of STEPS. New work is added carefully developing skills in the coordination of MOVEMENTS.

Fridays

HIP HOP with Sam Harte

A high-energy dance class that includes a strong focus on rhythm, dynamics, and stylization. Besides working on endurance, strength and body conditioning, the dancers will be encouraged to "feel" the music and express their unique individualism and personal style through movement.
