Garden-to-Glass: Secrets of the Homegrown Artisanal Cocktail

Our third garden class in our Post & Beam restaurant Garden Club Series welcomes in summer by celebrating the cocktail garden and the homegrown artisanal cocktail!
This unique class format brings you the expertise of both Master Gardener, Geri Miller of Home Grown Edible Landscapes AND Director of Operations and Mixologist, David Borrego of Post and Beam!  Geri will show you how to plan and plant a cocktail garden of your very own including flavor pairings. David will demonstrate how to use your garden's bounty to create beautiful cocktails and infused waters that will make your home the place to celebrate this summer!
You'll also enjoy...

  • samples of David's creations along with a few ''bites" from Chef Armstrong
  • a botanical featured in the class courtesy of Armstrong Garden Center and,
  • cocktail and infused water recipes courtesy of Post & Beam.
  • Once again, HGEL's 'pop-up' store will be open with an assortment of additional Armstrong nursery plants and other gardening items available for purchase.
