Platine Cookies, Culver City, is hosting a summer bake camp. The 2-hour camp is for parents and kids and provides valuable lessons taught by Jamie Cantor, a Culinary Institute of America (CIA) grad who worked under Thomas Keller at The French Laundry. The class welcomes ages 4-12 and includes baking 101, introduction to fresh artisanal ingredients, and time spent in the kitchen baking and decorating cookies, plus your own goodie box to take home.
