El Rincon Elementary Collecting Food for Needy Families

The Culver City Elementary School's PTA has partnered with The Salvation Army to collect food donations for local families in need.

In the spirit of the season of giving, El Rincon Elementary School’s PTA is partnering with The Salvation Army to collect much-needed food products for local families in need.

From now through Dec. 14, the school will be collecting the following food staples:

Canned fruits, vegetables, tuna, chicken, chicken broth, cranberry sauce, cream of mushroom soup, boxed macaroni & cheese, stuffing, rice, mashed potatoes, powdered milk, evaporated milk, peanut butter, jam, jelly, cornbread mix, cereal, oatmeal, pancake mix and syrup.

Those wishing to help out should drop off the foodstuffs at the collection boxes that are located in each classroom at El Rincon, 111177 Overland Ave.
