Rep. Karen Bass Calls On Constituents for Their Opinions

33rd Congressional District Representative Karen Bass has sent out a survey asking constituents what she should focus on in Washington in the coming year.

Rep. Karen Bass, who currently represents the 33rd Congressional District, is calling on all constituents to fill in a survey letting her know what their priorities are and what she should focus on in 2012.

Bass will be running for re-election in the later this year (the primary will be held in June), and sent out a message to her followers stating, “My first year in Congress is over and I am pleased to say that I have truly enjoyed serving in Washington on behalf of the constituents in California’s 33rd Congressional District. I invite you to provide feedback on what you would like me to address in Congress this new year.”

Among the topics listed in the survey are rebuilding roads, bridges and infrastructure; ensuring good jobs are available to local residents; improving local schools, and helping students afford to repay their college costs.
