Metro Board Approves Expo Phase 2 Station Names

The Culver City station is called "Culver City," so Metro's naming of the seven new stations that will extend the line to Santa Monica aren't exactly a surprise.

The seven stations along the Expo Line Phase 2 between Culver City and Santa Monica have received their official names from the Metro Board of Directors, according to The Source, Metro's blog.

Given that Culver City's station name is "Culver City," the seven new stations also have fairly straightforward names.

The names of the remaining stops are:

  • Palms
  • Westwood/Rancho Park
  • Exposition/Sepulveda
  • Exposition/Bundy
  • 26th Street/Bergamot
  • 17th Street/Santa Monica College
  • Downtown Santa Monica
