Gravlax Applies for Alcohol Permit

The new Scandinavian Culver City eatery is set to open at 12400 Washington Blvd.

While no official opening date has yet been set, Gravlax – the new Scandinavian restaurant at the corner of Washington Boulevard and Centinela Avenue – has applied to the Culver City Planning Division to sell alcohol both on and off site.

The administrative use permit was submitted by Globus Kitchen on behalf of Gravlax for the 1,500 square foot site at 12400 Washington Blvd. that hopes to sell both wine and beer.

The Planning Division is currently processing the permit and public comment on the application is open from now through March. 14. Anyone wishing to submit a comment should do so via the following means before 5:30 p.m. on March 14:
