Review of Development Proposals

The public is invited to participate in the review of the development proposals of 9300 Culver Blvd. (Parcel B) documents. The projects will be presented over two joint City Council and Agency Board meetings. During the meetings of Oct. 3 and 4, the selected firms will provide a 15-minute presentation of their proposal, followed by a City Council and Agency Board question and answer session. In November, the staff will return to the City Council and Agency Board with a recommendation on selecting a developer for the project. For more information on the development proposal project, click here.
