Culver City Fourth of July Closures and City Services

Regular City services will be disrupted for the Independence Day holiday in Culver City.

City Hall is closed on July 4.

There will be no trash collection on July 4 and in most neighborhoods there will be no street sweeping, although the Downtown area may be an exception.

Metered parking and parking time limitations may not be enforced. The City is urging residents to check the signs on the meters and street signs for official enforcement rules.

In addition, government offices, courts, schools, libraries, banks and post offices will be closed Wednesday for Independence Day.

Happy 4th of July!

Maybe more to the point, where does the methane (way more powerful than CO2 as a greenhouse gas)Read More release go from the fracking process, where do the "secret"and other cancer causing chemicals go, and who pays for clean-up costs, increased healthcare costs of residents nearby, possible increased earthquake damage, etc. and where does this oil go (we can't use it--too dirty--so probably China)?
