Culver City Expo Line Parking Lot Now Fully Paved

No more wet, muddy mess at the parking lot. The repaving was completed on March 10.

Instead of paving paradise and putting up a parking lot, they've now paved the parking lot... which may well be a form of paradise for those who have had to negotiate, dips, dents, gravel and sodden messes when the rains came.

The lot appears to have been transformed now, thanks to The Expo Line Construction Authority's contract with All American Asphalt Company to upgrade the lot to the tune of $300,000.

Have you seen the new lot? What do you think? Tell us your thoughts in the comments section, below and upload your photos here.

Maybe more to the point, where does the methane (way more powerful than CO2 as a greenhouse gas)Read More release go from the fracking process, where do the "secret"and other cancer causing chemicals go, and who pays for clean-up costs, increased healthcare costs of residents nearby, possible increased earthquake damage, etc. and where does this oil go (we can't use it--too dirty--so probably China)?

As I understand it, fracking wells "dry up" fairly quickly, which is why pressure to keepRead More drilling so urgent. Where do the jobs go after a year or so? Just a thought....
