Culver City 7-Eleven Hearing Scheduled for Next Week

The Planning Commission hearing will now take place on May 23.

The public hearing for a proposed 7-Eleven Store has been rescheduled for next week.

The original hearing, which would have been last month, was canceled because the applicant's plans were not ready by the April 25 meeting, according to Associate Planner Joshua Williams.

The Planning Commission asked the applicant at its to revisit the plans and the layout of the structure. The commission plans to look at the changes next week which include revisions to architecture, landscaping, colors and building materials.

The proposed 7-Eleven would be a one-story building, located at 4436 Sepulveda Boulevard, with approximately 2,500 feet of floor area and 12 parking spaces.

The public hearing is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. May 23 at . The Planning Commission's staff report will be available online on or before May 17.
