Police Seek Public's Help in Finding Local Bank Robber

The thief, who held up an El Segundo Wells Fargo branch on Wednesday, is believed to be the same man who robbed a Bank of America branch in Culver City two weeks ago.

Lt. Raymond Garcia of the El Segundo Police Department told City News Service  that the thief entered a Wells Fargo branch in the 300 block of Sepulveda Blvd. on Wednesday. He gave the teller a note demanding money and after the teller gave him an undisclosed amount of money he fled the scene on foot.

The suspect is described as approximately 22-years-old, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 140 pounds. He was wearing a black, hooded "G-Unit'' sweatshirt and jeans.
