Police Need Help Finding Girls who Knocked a 60-Year-Old to the Ground

The robbery happened Monday at the Westfiled Culver City shopping center.

Culver City police today released photos of persons of interest in the attack of a shopper at the Westfield Culver City shopping center.

A 60-year-old woman was walking to her car in the first level of the mall on Monday when she was struck from behind and knocked to the ground. Once on the ground, the woman was struck several times by two female suspects who took property from her and fled, said Lt. Allen Azran of the Culver City Police Department.

The people depicted in the above may be connected to the incident but their names are unknown, he said.

Police are hoping to get the public's help in identifying the persons of interest, Azran said.

Anyone who recognizes the people in the photos or has information regarding the robbery are asked to call the Culver City Police Department Watch Commander's office at (310) 253-6202.
