UPDATED: Police Arrest Man Suspected of Twice Exposing Himself in Culver City

He was picked up at his Los Angeles home.

Detectives today arrested a 24-year-old man suspected of twice exposing himself in a popular morning exercise area in Culver City.

The alleged acts happened between 6 and 7:30 a.m. on June 24 and during the same hours on Monday in the 9300 block of Jefferson Boulevard, in the Baldwin Hills scenic overlook area, according to Culver City police Lt. Randy Vickery.

Detectives conducted an investigation and arrested Brian Ashton Smith at the Los Angeles home he shares with his mother, Vickery said.

Smith was allegedly in his vehicle when he exposed himself, according to the lieutenant.

He was booked on suspicion of two misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure, he said.

Smith was being held at the Culver City police jail in lieu of $20,000 bail, according to the sheriff's online booking records.
