On Sept. 17, 2013 at 1 p.m., a victim came to the police department to report she was assaulted. The victim said she was in the 10700 block of Jefferson Boulevard when she was involved in an altercation with a co-worker.
On Sept. 18, 2013 at 4:55 p.m., officers responded to the area of Overland Avenue and Culver Boulevard regarding vandalism to her car. The victim said she was stopped to make a left turn when a subject approached her 2013 Volkswagen and kicked and punched her car for no reason. The suspect then fled the area.
On Sept. 19, 2013 at 3:25 a.m., officers responded to the 4300 block of Sepulveda Boulevard regarding a burglary investigation. The officers met with the victim who told them he locked and secured his business and left the location. At around 3:30 a.m., he received a call from the alarm company telling him of the activation. The officers had arrived and discovered the front door glass had been broken out and appeared to have been ransacked. The suspects were described as three male blacks, all between 18-25 years of age.
On Sept. 19, 2013 at 4:04 p.m., officers responded to the 8600 block of Higuera regarding a burglary investigation. The officers met with the victim who told them his wife locked and secured their residence at 8 a.m. When he returned at 3:45 p.m., he entered the residence and discovered his property missing.
Theft from Motor Vehicle:
On Sept. 22, 2013 at 8:30 p.m., officers responded to the
4000 block of Centinela Avenue regarding a theft from motor vehicle
