Culver City Police Blotter: Stolen, Burgled and Vandalized Cars

One man reported his 1997 Toyota was stolen from McDonald Street.

Here's a recap of crimes that occurred between Nov. 6 and Nov. 12, as reported to the Culver City Police Department.

Residential Burglary

On Nov. 7 at 10:05 p.m., officers responded to the 5900 block of Wrightcrest Dr. regarding a burglary investigation. The officers met with the victim who told them he left his residence locked and secured at 6:50 p.m. when he returned at 8:30 p.m. he discovered his residence had been ransacked and his property missing.

Stolen Vehicle

On Nov. 10 at 3:10 a.m. officers responded to the 11600 block of McDonald St. regarding a stolen vehicle investigation. The officers met with the victim who told them he last drove his 1997 Toyota at 4 p.m. and parked and locked his vehicle. When he returned on Nov. 11 his vehicle was missing.

Vandalism

On Nov. 10 at 11:20 a.m. a victim called the police department to report his 1998 Chevrolet Van had been vandalized while parked in the 4100 block of Elenda St.

Car Burglary

On Nov. 10 at 9:37 p.m. officers responded to the 4200 block of Duquesne Ave. regarding a car burglary investigation. The officers met with the victim who told them he parked and locked his 2010 Chevrolet in the 6600 block of Green Valley Circle at 5 p.m. When he returned at 9:20 p.m. he discovered the passenger window had been smashed out and his property missing.
