Corvette Flies Off 10 Freeway and Flips; Driver Walks Away
The crash was just west of the Robertson Boulevard offramp.

A red Corvette flew off the westbound Santa Monica (10) Freeway in Palms and overturned Saturday afternoon, but the driver did not appear to be seriously injured, CHP officers said.
The crash was just west of the Robertson Boulevard offramp, and the Corvette came to a rest upside down near a house on Durango Avenue, just north of the freeway, Los Angeles city firefighters and the California Highway Patrol reported.

Reports from the scene indicated the driver was out of the vehicle and walking around, said CHP Officer Patrick Kimball.
Firefighters did not immediately take anyone to a hospital, said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
