Update: Armed Robbery Suspects Still at Large

Two men held up the Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies store in Culver City at approximately 7:55 p.m. on Sunday night. They stole $3,000 and pistol-whipped a security guard.

Staff at the store on Sepulveda Boulevard were robbed at gunpoint shortly before 8 p.m. on Sunday night.

 

According to scanner reports, two black males held up the store with a handgun, stole $3,000 and one of the suspects pistol whipped a security guard inside the store. The security guard was taken to Brotman Medical Center after complaining of head pain. As of 1 p.m. Monday, no further details were yet available on the status of the security guard.

Suspect #1 is described as a thin black male 5’6" – 5’8" in his late teens or early 20s, and wearing a black hoodie, shirt, dark jeans and a black beanie.

Suspect #2 is also described as a thin, black male, 5’6" to 5’8", in his late teens or early 20s, wearing a plaid red shirt, black jacket, dark jeans and a black beanie.

The suspects were last seen running westbound on Janisann Avenue towards Sawtelle Boulevard.

As of As of 1:15 p.m. on Monday, the suspects had not been apprehended, Culver City Police Lt. Ron Iizuka told Patch.

Because the investigation is still open and ongoing, Lt. Iizuka said he was unable to share any further information, including how many people were in the store at the time of the robbery.

Maybe more to the point, where does the methane (way more powerful than CO2 as a greenhouse gas)Read More release go from the fracking process, where do the "secret"and other cancer causing chemicals go, and who pays for clean-up costs, increased healthcare costs of residents nearby, possible increased earthquake damage, etc. and where does this oil go (we can't use it--too dirty--so probably China)?
