Welcome to The Parents' Place!

Welcome to The Parent’s Place!

Hi moms, dads, sisters, brothers, and, well, everyone else who cares about a kid – welcome to The Parents’ Place!

The Parents’ Place is written by the members of United Parents of Culver City, the all-volunteer parent group dedicated to making Culver City schools the best they can be.

In the coming year you can look forward to articles and forums about topics such as technology in the classroom, school safety, fundraising tips and more. We’ll let you know about upcoming events like festivals, movie screenings and other fun, exciting and educational things you can do with your kids whether they’re 4, 14, or – like some of us – 44.

Find out what's happening in Culver Citywith free, real-time updates from Patch.

There will also be comprehensive coverage of hot issues like the school bond that is expected to be on an upcoming Culver City ballot.

We’re all so busy that sometimes it’s hard to keep track of all the things that will make a difference in the lives of our families. We’re going to do our best to keep you informed and engaged. Our motto is “when parents are involved, kids win!”
