HALLOWEEN EXTRAVAGANZA AT THE MOTOR AVENUE FARMERS MARKET

We will be hosting a Halloween Extravaganza at our market on October 27th! Motor Ave and National Blvd from 900:am to 2:00pm.  This will be a great time to bring your whole family for a fun day of Halloween events.

COSTUME CONTEST!

We will have our costume contest from 11am-12pm during our market for people of all ages. So show off your spookiest, silliest, or craziest costume at the market!  Age groupings will be from 0-6, 7-15, 15-20 and 21 and above.  First place prizes include, children's clothing, a brand new bike, dinner for two at El Nopal or the Vegan Joint, and there will be many other prizes including: glitter tattoos, games, jump time in the kid’s jumper, children's books, and pony rides.

PUMPKIN PATCH!

Wander around our pumpkin patch where you will have the opportunity to pick out, buy, and carve your very own pumpkin!  From huge pumpkins to the petite, you will find them all.  Carving tools will be provided.  Children under 18 must have parental supervision.

PUMPKIN CARVING CONTEST!

We will have our Pumpkin Carving Contest from 1pm-2pm during our market for all ages. Bring one from home or carve one here at the market! First place prizes include dinner for two at El Nopal or the Vegan Joint, and there will be many other prizes.

Some of our other featured activities include: Arts and Crafts, Food Eating Contest, Bobbing for Apples, Husking Corn Contest, Roasted Corn, Scavenger Hunt, Pony Rides, Glitter Girl Tattoos, Kid’s Jumper and our Kids Reading Corner in partnership with the Los Angeles Public Library in Palms.
