Volunteer Training for Bicycle/Pedestrian Counts

As part of the Culver City Bicycle and Pedestrian Initiative, Culver City, the Culver City Bicycle Coalition, and the Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition will be conducting bicycle and pedestrian counts this May. The last time counts were done was in 2009, so we need to get out there and document the changes. Your efforts will help Culver City prioritize future projects to improve our community for walking and bicycling! Two volunteer training workshops will be conducted the Sunday afternoon and Monday evening before the counts. Everyone who signs up to volunteer with the count must attend one of the trainings as itsinglequotes where wesinglequotell be passing count forms, providing you with location details, and making sure wesinglequotere all on the same page about how and what to count. Workshops will take about 1 hour to complete.

Sunday, May 8 - 4:30 p.m.

Monday, May 9 - 6:30p.m.
