Angel City Derby announces the sporting event Los
Angeles has been waiting for - The Battle for LA. Angel City Derby will host a
contest on the flat track between their own all-star team The Hollywood
Scarlets, and the all-stars from the local banked track roller derby league,
The LA Derby Dolls Ri-ettes. The LA all-star bout is the main event of a double
header on Saturday, August 17 at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium in Culver
City.
