OUTDOOR FITNESS CLASS FOR WOMEN AT CULVER CITY PARK


*One hour fitness class with childcare included!



  • This invigorating hour long group class consists of cardio, overall toning & conditioning, endurance, strength training, and flexibility with an overall mind-body connection.

  • We use plyometrics, your own body weight and the natural terrain of the park to achieve results for your individual needs, such as cardiovascular health, weight management, muscle toning, nutrition, and stress reduction.

  • Classes are offered twice a week in a fun, varied team-like environment.

  • No Limits Fitness is taught by a former college athlete with over 10 years experience as a sports conditioning coach, high school football coach and classroom teacher.

*Babies in strollers are welcome and children 2 years and up receive free childcare and supervised playground time while you work out.


Join us Mondays and Thursdays  9:30 am—10:30am6 Week Session, 2 classes per week, Jan. 14th– Feb. 21st


 Cost: 12 classes for $175 (including childcare) drop in fee is $20 per class. cash/check/credit cards accepted)

Maybe more to the point, where does the methane (way more powerful than CO2 as a greenhouse gas)Read More release go from the fracking process, where do the "secret"and other cancer causing chemicals go, and who pays for clean-up costs, increased healthcare costs of residents nearby, possible increased earthquake damage, etc. and where does this oil go (we can't use it--too dirty--so probably China)?
