Downtown Culver City's "Hang Onto Summer" Neighborhood Happy Hour

Summer may be over everywhere else, but in Downtown Culver City it’s here to stay. Chase your summertime blues away in a neighborhood that’s always hot and happening, anytime of the year – but especially on Third Wednesdays when downtown shops, galleries, bars and restaurants offer deep discounts, cheap drinks and free samples. Celebrate Downtown Culver City’s endless summer with Marston, Lord of the Cello, who will perform outdoors on his unique six-string electric cello. Swing by Ford’s Filling Station for live music on the patio, or Seventy 7 for their “77LIVE Singer/Songwriter Night” (starting @ 8 p.m.). Be street smart and eco-savvy by riding the rails to the Expo Line Culver City Station — Culver City just got a whole lot closer no matter where you live. Culver City’s downtown area is Southern California’s best kept secret, featuring a wonderful mix of historic buildings, boutiques, theaters, galleries, and unique restaurants opening on to tree-lined streets. Parking is free in municipal structures for up to two hours, or valet parking is available at three convenient Downtown locations.
