Don your lederhosen and celebrate the tradition that is Downtown Culver City’s annual Third Wednesday ‘OktoberFest.’ With so many restaurants and bars to choose from within walking distance, Downtown Culver City is a neighborhood always brewing with hops, drafts, lagers, stouts and suds to fill your stein: the perfect place to enjoy Third Wednesday free samples of frothy beer, sizzling sausages, pretzels and more—plus live German music, fun discounts and special offers from local merchants, boutiques and galleries. Have fun and be responsible too–ride the rails to the new Expo Line Culver City Station. Culver City’s downtown area is Southern California’s best kept secret, featuring a wonderful mix of historic buildings, boutiques, theaters, galleries and unique restaurants opening on to tree-lined streets. Parking is free in municipal structures for up to two hours, or valet parking is available at three convenient Downtown locations.
