Culver City Garden Club Monthly Meeting this Tuesday Evening, November 5th at 7:00 PM

Culver City Garden Club Monthly Meeting, 7:00 PM Tuesday night, November 5th at the Veterans Memorial Complex - Garden Room.  Join us for a laid back evening with plants and useful information you can use in your own garden.

Take in our "Show, Tell and Ask" segment (You're welcome to bring a plant or gardening project)... Then stay for our informative presentation...

An Introduction to Master Gardeners Program
Are you interested in becoming a "Master Gardener?" If you’d like to learn "How to Become a Master Gardener”, this is the meeting for you.  Two of our resident Master Gardeners, Deni Friese (President) and Beverly Newton (VP of Programs) will introduce us to the Master Gardeners Program and its lofty but feasible goal to create a "nation of gardeners and a land of gardens"

"The program provides intense home horticulture training to members of the community like you -- who in turn spread the knowledge they've gained -- by volunteering in their respective communities -- giving lectures, creating gardens, conducting research, and many other projects. "

It's a great opportunity to become a garden guru and educate your community on gardening and its benefits. So come on out to the Garden Room at the Veterans' Memorial Complex at the intersection of Culver Blvd and Overland Ave this Tuesday, November 5th at 7:00PM.
