Wind Advisory in Effect Until 6 p.m. Friday

Winds between 20-30 m.p.h. with gusts of 45 m.p.h. are expected.

The Santa Ana winds are blowing through the region.

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory from the Los Angeles County coastline inward to downtown Los Angeles.

The winds hitting the area are expected to be between 20-30 m.p.h. with gusts reaching up to 45 m.p.h.

Strong winds can make driving difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles (SUVs, vans, pickup trucks, etc.). Major roadways that could be affected by the gusty winds include the 101 freeway.

Maybe more to the point, where does the methane (way more powerful than CO2 as a greenhouse gas)Read More release go from the fracking process, where do the "secret"and other cancer causing chemicals go, and who pays for clean-up costs, increased healthcare costs of residents nearby, possible increased earthquake damage, etc. and where does this oil go (we can't use it--too dirty--so probably China)?
