At Friday's official dedication ceremony for the Expo Line Phase 1, Culver City Councilmember Micheal O'Leary filmed it all with his smartphone.
Okay, so there were a few false starts, and the video is a bit grainy, but Culver City Councilmember Micheal O'Leary was on hand with his smartphone to capture the official dedication ceremony at Expo Park on Friday afternoon for Patch.
