Joseph Lee Hedderich, 35, is charged with allegedly trying to start a sexual relationship with an 11-year-old girl.

A trial date has been set for 35-year-old Joseph Lee Hedderich, charged with allegedly with an 11-year-old girl in September 2011.

The Culver City resident will stand trial on Oct. 9, 2012 in the federal downtown Los Angeles district courthouse. The trial will be presided over by Judge John F. Walter.
