Temporary Traffic Signal Shut Down at Washington and National Boulevards Wednesday

The construction is part of the Exposition Light Rail project in Culver City and will impact traffic between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

On Wed. April 4 there will be a signal shut down at Washington and National boulevards between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The shut down will be for one day only as part of the ongoing construction efforts for the Expo Light Rail project. As a result, commuters should be aware of the following:

  • Traffic at the intersection of Washington and National will experience longer than normal delays.
  • The intersection will function as a 4-way stop.
  • Local access will be maintained for all residents and businesses.
  • Pedestrian access will be maintained.

Commuters should expect delays in and around Washington and National boulevards and are encouraged to take alternate routes where possible in an effort to reduce congestion and avoid delays.
