Resident Spotlight: Linh Ho

What's on your mind, Culver City?

Name: Linh Ho

Occupation: Principal at Ideation, a creative marketing agency

How long have you lived in Culver City?
Exactly one year. I moved here from Atlanta.

What is the city's most important issue? Creating a culture of trust among elected officials and its citizens. I personally think they do a good job of that. I also believe that it is important to support cultural events and institutions, and make sure that people feel involved in their community.

What would you change about Culver City if you could?
Allowing dogs at the Fox Hills Park, restricting leaf blowers, and renovating old shopping strips. The ones on Sepulveda, for example, are extremely outdated.

Where's your favorite place in town to eat, shop or relax? That's a hard one. Off the top of my head, my favorite places to eat are Bawarchi Indian Kitchen, Sushi Karen, Pho Show, and just about every restaurant in downtown Culver City. My favorite new boutique is Vanity Room on Main Street downtown. For relaxation, I'd definitely say Kenneth Hahn Park or catching a movie at Pacific Culver Stadium 12.

Describe Culver City in three words. Friendly. Safe. Beautiful.
