What is the city's most important issue? The hidden poverty. Culver City is known for the Kirk Douglas Theatre, Sony Pictures Studios, and the downtown revitalization. Only one mile away is the Mar Vista Housing Project, and not many people know about that.
What would you change about Culver City if you could? I would like to see the city become more community-focused, such as providing programs for families in need, and those struggling with transition. A lot of crime is done out of desperation, and providing resources could make a big difference in reducing that crime.

Where's your favorite place in town to eat, shop or relax? I like the Culver Hotel and that whole area. I am big on nostalgia, and that place is definitely one big period piece.
