Rescue Dog of the Week: Toto, a 'Wizard of Oz' Look-a-Like

Meet Toto, a homeless pup who landed in Culver City.

Toto is an amazing a 1-year-old pup who has often been told that he looks like the dog in "The Wizard of Oz," hence his name. He weighs about 10 to 12 lbs and is housebroken, neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.

Mary's Little Lambs Animal Rescue did not find him, he found them. Toto couldn't help but notice a Little Lambs volunteer walking other dogs as a group near a local Starbucks, and ran out of the bushes--as if to say, "take me, too." The rest is history; Toto is awaiting a permanent home, but is quite happy with his place in the group.

He is very smart, playful and affectionate.  He loves to cuddle and sit in laps.
