Last Chance to Nominate Culver City's Best Burger

Nominations close Friday at 9 a.m. Tell us in the comments where you think the best burger is to be had in Culver City. Where would you take your friend, client, family, significant other for the greatest burger in town?

We want to know what your favorite burger is in Culver City. Are you a veggie burger afficionado, a lean, mean turkey burger eater, an ahi tuna taster or do you just hav a hankering for your basic cheeseburger made with tons of beef, gooey, melted cheese (of your choice) and plenty of pickles, relish and lettuce?

Whatever your favorite, let us know what it is and where to find it in Culver City. We don't care if your favorite burger is found in a fancy restaurant, a bistro pub, a burger chain or a diner as long as it's in Culver City. Whatever it is, wherever it is, we'll compile all your nominations and include them in our poll starting on Monday, Feb. 20.

Then, you'll have the chance to vote for your favorite via our poll. We'll also solicit your comments via a forum so you can duke it out on the site for who really serves the greatest burger in Culver City. If there's a tie in the poll we'll choose the winner based on the most postive comments posted.

The establishment with the winning burger will receive a "Best Burger in Town" award. Then, when your choice wins, you can walk smugly by and say, "Ha! Told you. I voted for that burger on Culver City Patch!"

So, vote here. Vote now. The best burger. In Culver City. Bring it on.

And bring an order of fries with it.

Here are some of our favorite places, but if we're leaving one (or more) off the list, please let us know in the comments and we'll add it:

Father's Office

Rush Street

City Tavern

Ford's Filling Station

Native Foods

Five Guys

Johnnie's Pastrami Restaurant

Nominate your favorite before Friday at 9 a.m. We'll start voting on Monday, Feb. 20.

Are we missing your favorite burger place? Tell us in the comments.

Batch Restaurant & Bar has an awesome take on a classic - 6oz Angus Batch Burger with 2 year aged cheddar and Kennebec Fries. So good!

Good to know, Susie. As the new kids on the block, people might not know about Batch's Burgers (that has a good ring to it!). Will include in the poll.

Royal/T has burgers? I thought it was only tea and anime toys and harsh modernism there.

I just came back from Europe and was needing a GREAT American Burger and Batch definitely has the best burger, and I have been to all the other restaurants.
